STEAK
- 1000 grams mince, PORK,OR BEEF
- 96 g almond meal, ALMOND FLOUR IS THE SAME
- 1 heaped tablespoons parsley
- 34 g beef broth
- 1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 0.5 teaspoons Garlic powder
- 1 tablespoons onion salt
- to taste Salt and pepper
SAUCE
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 300 grams button mushrooms
- 85 grams onions
- 1 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 64 grams beef broth
- 34 grams sour cream
- pinch Salt and pepper

- Preheat the oven to 375.
- Add all steak ingredients to bowl and mix 7 secs reverse speed 4.
- Form 6 patties.
- Bake until cooked through. Around 20 mins.
- FOR THE GRAVY
Add butter, flour, onions and mushrooms into the bowl and chop 3 secs speed 4 - Cook 8 mins reverse speed 1.
- Add broth and worcestershire sauce. Simmering basket ontop and cook 15 mins varoma, reverse speed 2.
stir through sour cream. - serve steak with sauce on top.
add cauliflower mash and stamed veg.

Any chance you could please provide oven temperature in degress celcius and what do you mean please in Step 6 when you cook at 200? Do you mean Varoma temperature or is it a typo?
