- 1 tsp chives, Dried
- 1/2 tsp Oregano (dry)
- 1/2 tsp Pastley, Dried
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

- 4 chicken breast
- 16 slices proscuitto, 4 per breast
- 2 carrots
- 200 grams Pumpkln
- 40 grams Butter
- 500 grams hot water
- 700 grams potato, diced
Sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 250 grams Milk
- 30 grams Butter
- 40 grams parmesan
- 25 grams plain flour
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1. Place garlic into mixing bowl and chop 4 seconds, speed 6
2. scrape down sides
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix 10 seconds, speed 4
4. Set aside
1. Trim chicken and cut a pocket.
2. Add filling to chicken, wrap with proscuitto.
3. Place on top rack of veroma and add water to bowl. cook 15 mins, veroma, speed 1.
4. Add potato to bowl.
5. Add pumpkin and corrots to bottom of veroma and cook 30 mins, veroma, speed 1
(cooking time may vary a little depending on size of chicken)
6. Set veroma aside. drain potato and put in thermo server.
7. Add butter to potato and cracked black pepper to taste then stir.
1. Add garlic to bowl and chop 4 seconds, speed 6.
2. Scrape down sides
3. Add all other ingredients and cook 5 mins, 90 deg, speed 4
Serve and Enjoy!!!!!
