- 2 onions, Large
- 20 grams olive oil
- 1-2 Chillis, Optional
- 1 tsp Oregano (dry)
- 1 tsp Pastley, Dry
- 1 tsp chives, Dry
- 1/4 tsp corriander, Dry
- 1/4 tsp Basil (Dry)
- 400 grams tin chopped tomatoes
- 140 grams tomato paste
- 150 grams Bacon Pieces
- 600 grams mince, Beef or Pork
- 170 grams water
Dried Pasta
- 400 grams Dried Pasta, Pasta of Choice

1. Refer to EDC or Place pasta in thermo server and fill with boiling water cover with lid let sit until sauce is ready or to liking.
1. Place Halved onions, garlic and chilli (if using) into bowl 4 secs, speed 7.
2. Scrape down sides add oil and saute for 3 mins, 100 deg, speed 1
3. Add herbs, tomatoes, tomato paste, bacon peices and cook 100 deg, 4 mins, seppd 1
4. Add mince of choice cook 100 deg, "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 2, 10 mins
5. Enjoy!!!!!
