Ingredients
Moroccan Lamb pizza topping
- 300 grams lamb meat (leftover roast lamb ideal), chopped roughly
- 1 heaped teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 bunch fresh coriander leaves & stalks
- 1 heaped tsp chilli powder
- 3 cloves garlic
- to taste salt
- to taste ground pepper

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Place garlic cloves and coriander into TM bowl chop 2 seconds speed 7, repeat 1-2 times scraping down bowl between.
2. Place lamb and remaining ingredients into TM bowl and chop 10 secs, speed 5 repeat until you reach the preferred texture.
3. Use on pizza's as a topping instead of the usual meat options.
4. Remember all things in moderation are good for you...Enjoy

Can be used as a filling for lunches such as calzones, pita or panini's instead of as a pizza topping.
