Ingredients
- Capsicum and Sundried tomato dip, Half quantity
Main dish
- 300 grams chicken tenderloins
- 1 butternut pumpkin, Large handful diced in 1cm squares
- 2 Medium potatoes, diced in 1cm squares
- 2 Chorizzo sausages, thinly sliced
- 1 bunch rocket leaves, (prepackaged bag is about right)
- 300 grams pasta spirals
- 100 grams pine nuts

Step 1 - Prepare to cook pasta as per directions in EDC. You will cook pumpkin, potato and chicken tenderloins at the same time in the Varoma.
Step 2 - Once water is boiling for pasta, add pasta to TM bowl and add diced pumpkin and potato to varoma dish.
Place chicken tenderloins onto varoma tray, lined with wet baking paper.
Proceed with cooking instructions for pasta with varoma on top.
Step 3 - Remove pasta from TM bowl and drain. Place in a large serving dish. Add 1 litre of boiling water to TM bowl and continue to cook pumpkin, potato, and tenderloins for a further 10 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 1. (or until cooked to your liking).
Step 4 - While pasta and vegetables are cooking, fry chorizzo sausage and pine nuts in a fry pan. When varoma vegetables are cooked add to fry pan for a few minutes to brown.
Step 5 - Prepare and make a half batch of Capsicum and Sundried tomato dip. Add chicken, chorizzo, pumpkin, potatoes and dip to pasta and rocket. Mix through and serve with a sprinkle of pine nuts on each serve.

For a variation use basil pesto instead of capsicum dip.
