1. Place garlic and onion in bowl and chop - 2-3 secs on speed 7
2. Scrape down sides with spatula and repeat if necessary.
3. Weigh mince in bowl.
4. Add remaining ingredients.
5. Mix all ingredients with measuring cup in place - "Counter-clockwise operation" on speed 3 for approx 30 secs or until combined. Add more breadcrumbs if too wet.

Rissoles/Hamburger Patties
Tip
I weigh my patties to approx 115-120grams and use a Tupperware hamburger press to ensure they are all uniform and cook evenly.
Make your own breadcrumbs using left over ends of a loaf. I freeze my ends and whip up fresh breadcrumbs as the first step before I start the rest of the process

Delicious - also added a carrot and zucchini and will definitely make again. Thank you for the recipe 👏
Hi: Are these patties suitable for freezing when they are raw. Want to do a couple of batches for food prep. Many thanks
Beautiful moist burgers, crunchy on the outside once cooked. In my favourites list, I did add carrot and zucchini like other thermomixers recommended
Love, love, love this recipe! Made it many times now with no changes. My very fussy ASD teen has even had one the last time I cooked them and then wanted more, which is a first for homemade burgers. Thanks for the recipe!
Added worceistershire sauce and grated zucchini and carrot. Enjoyed by the entire family.
