If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Thank you so much for sharing! I was looking at my left over roast pork for the 2nd time and wondered what on earth to make! This was so delicious that I will be looking forward to leftover roast pork in the future! x
Such a great way to use up left over roast! Very tasty, my husband even said it was his new favourite meal! Only thing was that it did burn the bottom of my thermo bowl. Other than that, was perfect! Thank-you for a great recipe.
This was very tasty. You forgot to mention when to put the chopped onions in, so I added them back in step 5. Step 6 was way to long to cook the mixture, I stopped mine at 9 mins & it had burned the bottom. I didn't wait for my mixture to cool as I needed to get it in the oven & it still turned out fine. You maybe need to refine it a little, but ingredients & measurements were good & could have easily added more meat.
