    Cara membuat tempe bacem
  1. Bahan-bahan



    8 bh tahu ukuran besar
    8 bh tempe--sy tempe yg dibungkus daun satuan
    secukupnya Air utk merebus
    Bumbu halus :
    8 btr bawang merah
    5 bh bawang putih
    1 sdm ketumbar
    2 btr asam jawa
    Bumbu pelengkap :
    1 ruas lengkuas
    5 lbr daun salam
    1 keping gula merah/sesuai selera
    5 sdm kecap manis
    secukupnya Garam






    Cara Membuat

    Goreng tahu tempe dulu agar tdk mudah hancur sewaktu direbus. Goreng sebentar saja dan jgn terlalu kering. Angkat& tiriskan.

    Ungkep tahu tempe dgn semua bumbu kecuali kecap. Pastikan seluruh bahan terendam air.

    Masak dgn api sedang hingga mendidih, lalu koreksi rasa. Tambahkan kecap manis, bolak-balik tahu tempe agar bumbu meresap. Kecilkan api, masak hingga air habis

    Diamkan dulu beberapa saat sampai dingin sebelum digoreng/disajikan.Kalo sy bikin sore, diinapkan dl semalem agar rasanya lebih enak lalu paginya tinggal goreng.
