Delicious and easy. Will be making this one again.
An easy to follow recipe with great flavour! The only changes I made were to add carrot, red capsicum and broccoli part way through cooking the chicken. Thanks for sharing!
Lovely curry! Thank you! I will definitely make it again
This curry is a favourite in our house. So quick and easy. I add a heaped tablespoon of vegetable stock paste with the coconut milk.
Delish.................best ever!
Tried this easy delicious recipe. I added 1/2 Tspn extra of all the spices which gave it a bit more tang. Served it with Basmati rice and the Easy Naan Bread- recipe from the Community Recipes. Was a winner thank you.
This was a great coconut curry. Thoroughly enjoyed it although it needed a bit more chicken in then what it said.
Was a mild curry. Was hoping for something a little bit outstanding with all those flavours. Used 1kg of chicken.
Delicious, mild curry. I used chicken thighs and added carrot, zucchini and a large, diced potato which seemed to thicken the sauce. Didn't have a tomato but used 12 cherry tomatoes, halved. Cooked it for 15 mins extra. Thanks for posting.
Love this! Have cooked it a few times now and it still hasn't disappointed! YUM.
