It's a winner. Partner and I absolutely loved it. Also used mushrooms instead of zucchini like the comments said because my partner doesn't like it zucchini. I'll be cooking this again tmrc_emoticons.)

This is hearty and delicious! I love the fact it's a whole meal in one. I added 60g mushrooms and half a celery stalk with carrot. I also used one large potato and a parsnip instead of sweet potato. Hubby went for seconds! 😋

Once again loved it. Froze the mince and will add to mash during the week.

Delicious! I made this for my 1.5yr old and she devoured it. I cooked the mince with the MC off and the basket on, and doubled the cornflour-water, then it was perfect. Not too runny at all.

So tasty!  Will be going on my regular menu. I added garlic with the onion and pumpkin to the mash. Ran out of Worcestershire so used Indonesian soy sc and balsamic vinegar instead.

Delicious! I used mushrooms instead of zucchini as suggested in the comments, added a chopped chorizo with the mince and some HP sauce in addition to the Worcestershire sauce. Very happy hubby! Thanks for the recipe.

Delicious! I used my chicken stock paste and added mushrooms and whatever veggies I have in the fridge (asparagus, spinach etc..). Have made this one a few times! I've also made it in the frypan on the stove a few times which is nice if you don't want your veggies to be too fine (I find even though I put it on reverse, it can make everything quite fine in texture still)... but the thermomix version so super easy to make tmrc_emoticons.)
