Bircher Muesli

  • 2 --- apples, cored, quartered
  • 280 g Plain Greek Yoghurt
  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Paste
  • 1 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 250 g Almond milk, or milk of choice
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 20 g Shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp Goji Berries
  • 1 tbsp seeds, hemp
  • 1 heaped teaspoons dried blueberries, wild
  • 2 heaped teaspoons sunflower seeds
  • 2 heaped teaspoons pumpkin seeds

Recipe's preparation

    METHOD
  1. Place apples into bowl & grate, 10 seconds, speed 7.
  2. Scrape down sides. Add remaining ingredients to mixing bowl & combine, Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" 10 seconds, speed 5.
  3. Divide into jars for ready to go portions or into a covered bowl. Place in the fridge until ready to eat. Best after 1 hour or overnight.

Tip

Dairy free option: coconut milk / yoghurt.
