Ingredients
Satay wrap
- 1 package Rye wraps, You can also make your own if you wish.
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoon homemade peanut butter, you can use the bought one
- 1 teaspoons tamari, Tamari is a gluten free alternative to soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1 small red chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 Cup of water
- 2 Cups of green cabbage
- 1 Cup of bean sprouts
- 340g skinless chicken breast, trimmed fat and shredded
- 2 medium tomatos
- cracked pepper, to taste
- himalayan pink salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
Additonal items needed
- 1 fry pan
- tongs
- chopping board
- knife

Add garlic and chilli to the bowl"Closed lid" 4sec/speed6, scrape down sides of your bowl.Add peanut butter, tamari, lime juice, and water to thermomix, 60secs,speed7. Set asisdeChop cabbage into chunks add to the bowl and shred for 4sec/speed 5Add the sauce back into the bowl and mix on speed1/"Counter-clockwise operation" /10secs Set aside.You will no longer require your thermomix at this stage.Slice tomatos to your desried liking, set aside.In a fry pan, add your coconut oil.
slice chicken into strips about 1cm thick and cook until golden brown.Add the chicken and tomatos plus the cabbage salad to rye wrap season with pepper and salt..Enjoy..A healthy wrap that tickles my taste buds..

we loved this recipe. I just steamed the chicken then shredded on reverse sp 5 3 seconds. I also just added the cabbage to sauce & chicken, the kids didn't even know the cabbage was in there #winning
I really liked this recipe, it was quick, easy and tasty. One i might have made was keeping some of the satay sauce aside fro mthe cabbage mixture and cooking with the chicken in the pan to add a little extra to the chicken.
