Easy Fried Bee Hoon (Rice Vermicelli) 炒米粉
- 20 g garlic cloves
- 20 g shallots
- 50 g olive oil
- 200 g cabbage, Cut into strips
- 80 g carrots, Cut into strips
- 100 g Fish Cakes or Fish Balls, sliced
- 460 g hot water
- 50 g light soy sauce
- 10 g Dark Soy Sauec
- 10 g oyster sauce
- 1 tsp White Pepper Powder
- 400 g Bee Hoon (Rice Vermicelli)

- - Place garlic, shallots into the mixing bowl, Place garlic, shallots into the mixing bowl, 4 sec/speed 6
- Add 50g Olive oil, 4 min/Varoma/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed "Gentle stir setting"
- Rinse and drain bee hoon (rice Vermicelli), set aside. DO NOT SOAK the bee hoon.
- Add cabbage and carrots, 3 min/Varoma/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed "Gentle stir setting"
- Add hot water, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, white pepper, oyster sauce, bee hoon, and fish cakes, 4 min/Varoma/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed "Gentle stir setting"
- Let the bee hoon sits in the TM bowl for 5 minutes then transfer to a bowl or Thermoserver and toss it well. Garnish with chopped green onion and serve hot.
Tip
DO NOT SOAK the bee hoon (rice vermicelli), rinse with running water, and drain dry.

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
