Ingredients

  • 200 gram Pad Thai Noodles
  • 45 gram lime juice
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 pinch chilli flakes, Optional
  • 1.5 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • 2 --- eggs
  • 1/4 --- Cup Unsalted Peanuts, If using salted peanuts, reduce Soy Sauce to 1 tsp
  • 1 pinch bean sprouts, Add the amount to your liking
  • 1 bunch shallots, Sliced for presentation

Recipe's preparation

    Super Easy Pad Thai
  1. Soak the noodles in boiling water in a medium mixing bowl while you make the sauce.

  2. Add the lime juice, Fish Sauce, Garlic Powder, Chilli Flakes, Soy Sauce, Sugar and Peanut Oil into the bowl Closed lid"Closed lid" . Mix Sp 4/10 sec.

  3. Scramble your eggs either in a non stick large fry pan or wok. Crack the egg into the hot pan/wok and move it around quickly with a spoon.

  4. When the eggs are solid, drain the water and add the noodles to the pan/wok.

  5. Add the sauce mix, peanuts and bean sprouts to the pan/wok and stir everything together until cooked and warmed through.

  6. Cut the shallots and sprinkle them over the warmed noodles, and then mix it through and serve.
