  • 1tsp ground pepper
  • 200g parmesancubed
  • 1/4tsp cayanne pepper
  • 1/2tsp xanthan gum
  • 190g whipping cream
  • 6lge eggs seperated
  • 1/4tsp cream tartar
  • 2tbs ground almonds
  • 2tbs Butter

Recipe's preparation

    cheese souffle
  1. prepare ramekins by coating with butter and coat with some almondmeal set oven to 180

    first put butterfly in place. then add egg whites into clean dry bowl with tartar in bowl and mix 4min/speed 3.5
    once whipped put in ceramic bowl or if you got a spare jug which i have go to next step tmrc_emoticons.)

    put almonds/ cheese/pepper/cayanne/gum mix 8-10secs speed 9 once ground scrape down bowl and add egg yolks/cream/ mix 4-6secs speed 4 until combined

    you then add yolk mix with eggs whites folding through gently till combined divide between the ramekins and place on tray and cook till golden approx 25min

you can add chives i did not add salt as i used parmesan cheese,also she used almond flour i just grond almonds was delicious when hot with salad but they go like a frittata whencold.they said each one approx 2.31g total carbs
