Ingredients
- 75 g whole chickpeas
- 100 g whole brown rice
- 3 corn cobs, kernels removed
- 1 tsp baking powder (make your own from EDC)
- 2 organic free range eggs
- 4 spring onions, roughly chopped
- handful of fresh parsley
- Himalayan salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil or coconut oil for frying

Place chickpeas and brown rice in TM bowl and mill for 2 minutes on speed 10.
Add half of the corn kernels, baking powder, eggs, spring onions and parsley and mix on speed 7 for 10 seconds.
Add the remaining corn and salt and mix on "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 4 for 10 seconds.
Heat a large fry pan on medium heat. Add oil and add large spoonfuls of mixture to make fritters.
Cook until golden brown on each side.
Serve with fresh avocado, rocket, smoked salmon and fresh lemon.
