Sounds yummy but I found this in under the vegetarian category. Ham excluded it might work.  tmrc_emoticons.~

Yummy! Had to chop up a bit more than 4 secs to get right consistency and actually used 2 smallish eggs.

    Kids loved also.

Yes it is powerful!! Wow what a great appliance.  I love mine.

It should be a course mix, but it still should have worked just add extra seasoning and flour to bind.  They are just a pattie, I am glad you enjoyed the flavour.

I didn't have much luck with this one - but I've only been using my Thermomix for a few days...

After I did speed 4 for 7 seconds I thought it wasn't chopped up enough so gave it another go and ended up with a 6 month old babyfood consistency.

Flavours were great tho... I substituted ham for salmon, coated the patties with flour, egg and breadcrumbs and served with salad.

I just need to remember how powerful this machine is!!!

The latter.  Chop up - so use raw and shread.  Sorry had a heap of trouble with the website yesterday and lost so much.

I had made changes to the recipe but they must have vanished with the other recipes I saved.

Sounds good, but do you cook and mash sweet potato beforehand or just chop it up finely before adding other ingredients?

Quick and easy, serve with salad, you can make it Gluten free by substituting Tapioca flour for the flour.
