Ingredients

plus extra sauce to freeze

  • 90 grams vintage cheese
  • 30 grams Parmesan cheese
  • small handful parsley
  • Small handful Basil
  • few chives
  • 200 grams small pasta
  • 200 grams cauliflower
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 35 grams Butter
  • 50 grams Plain Flour.
  • 500 grams Milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable stock

Recipe's preparation

    This is inspired by hidden mac from the toddler book
  1. Place cheeses and herbs in bowl and speed 8 for 5 sec. Set aside

  2. heat approximately 900ml water to varoma

  3. Add pasta and cauliflower to bowl and cook for approx 8-9 mins Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" or 1 (could possibly put cauliflour in the basket but this was to reduce washing up)

     

  4. Strain and separate cauliflower as will need to be returned to bowl 

     

  5. Add onion and garlic and chop speed 5 3 sec or desired consistancy

     

  6. Add butter and saute for 3mins speed 2 varoma

  7. Add cauliflower speed 7 3 sec or desired consistancy

  8. Add milk and flour and 90deg/speed 4/6mins

  9. Add cheese and herbs 90deg/speed 2/2 min

  10. pour over pasta and freeze any remaining sauce.
