- 1 small red onion (diced)
- 1 clove Garlic crushed
- 170 grams Tomato Paste.
- 250 grams tomato puree
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 2 pinches Freshly ground black pepper

Place onion & garlic in Theromix
3 sec speed 7 then scape down side
pour in oil and cook 3 min speed 1 100c
Add all remaining ingredients and cook
15 min speed 1 90c
then blend for 20 sec increasing speed to 7

Tip
Finding Liquid Smoke in Australia maybe an issue but it's an issue well worth solving especially if are going to use this sauce over pulled pork or pulled chicken
