I'm cooking this today

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place Zest and Sugar in Tm bowl and mill for 10 -15 sec, speed 9. Scrape down and give a little longer if necesary

Add orange flesh, with any visible pips removed. Pulverise 8 secs speed 9, then cook for 20mins, Varoma temp, speed 1 with MC off (keep an eye as may boil up into top well, you can always drop temp to 100 degrees for a while)

Once cooked transfer to a container to cool before marbelling through yogurt or adding a spoonful as a topping.

Tip

You can use various fruits, I have also made this with frozen berries and serve it on top of homemade TM yogurt

I tried this one again - better!

i used your quantities & cooked it 5 mins/ 90degrees/ speed 4 ( as in berry coulis from EDC) with measuring cup in. I then blitzed for 10 seconds on speed 9 for smoother consistency. Nice flavour. I mix it through natural yoghurt for dessert.

Mine turned out thick like a jam, and the bottom was starting to turn brown - heading towards burning.   Flavour seems nice.  Will try AGain when I have more oranges and reduce cooking time.
