Caramelised onion
- 500 grams onion brown
- 2 clove garlic
- 50 grams olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, Optional
- 60 grams brown sugar
- 40 grams red wine vinegar

Chop garlic 4seconds speed 5
Peel and slice onion into thin strips (or for a finer texture chop with garlic in step 1)
Add olive oil and balsamic and sauté Varoma 20min speed 1-2 mc out
Add brown sugar and red wine vinegar and sauté Varoma 15minspeed 1-2 mc out
Pour into sterilised jar and store in refrigerator
Tip
This is quiet a thick relish/jam you could add more liquid in the last 1 minute.
