Cashew & Celery Dip

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 100 grams cashew nuts (unsalted)
  • 15 grams celery leaves
  • 50 grams celery stalks
  • 250 grams Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Rice Bran Oil

Recipe's preparation

    Cashew & Celery Dip
  1. 1. Place garlic into mixing bowl and chop 2-3sec/speed7

    2. Add cashews, celery leaves and stalks and Closed lid"Closed lid" Turbo 3-4 times or until desired consistency is achieved (chunky or creamy).

    3. Scrape down sides of bowl and add Philadelphia cream cheese.  Mix 10 sec/speed 4-5.

    4. Add bran oil to get a smooth soft dip, then mix a further 10sec/speed 4-5.

     

Tip

This receipe is low in salicilates, amines and glutamates, as per the RPAH Elimination Diet Guide.
