Cashew & Celery Dip
- 1 garlic clove
- 100 grams cashew nuts (unsalted)
- 15 grams celery leaves
- 50 grams celery stalks
- 250 grams Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon Rice Bran Oil

1. Place garlic into mixing bowl and chop 2-3sec/speed7
2. Add cashews, celery leaves and stalks and "Closed lid" Turbo 3-4 times or until desired consistency is achieved (chunky or creamy).
3. Scrape down sides of bowl and add Philadelphia cream cheese. Mix 10 sec/speed 4-5.
4. Add bran oil to get a smooth soft dip, then mix a further 10sec/speed 4-5.
