- 70 g pine nuts
Soup
- 400 g water
- 300 g cream
- 400 g chicken (cubed)
- 1-2 teaspoon rock salt

Place pesto mix ingredients into TM bowl and pulverise speed 7 for 3seconds. Scrape down sides and repeat.
Add water, salt, cream, chicken and cook 100oC, 12minutes,
To garnish, grate Parmesan block with potato peeler and crumble.
Tip
add more or less chilli and salt to suit taste
