- 500 grams Cherries
- 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
- 160 grams sugar
- 30 grams lemon juice

1. Place all ingredients into TM
2. Blend for 40 seconds / speed 4 (for a smooth consistency)
3. Cook for 30 minutes / 100 degrese / speed 1
4. Place a small plate in freezer for 5 minutes
5. Place a dessert spoon with jam onto the plate, let it cool then run your finger through it. If it crinkles it is set. If not, put it back on for a further 3 minutes.
6. Place into hot steralised jars.
