- 250 grams Cream Cheese.
- 1 tablespoon Whey, from top of the yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- 2 tablespoons macadamia meal

Add garlic to bowl and chop speed 7/3secAdd basil and parsley and chop speed 7/3sec, mc onScrap sides of bowlAdd salt, cream cheese, whey, milk and macadamia meal and blend speed 5/10sec, mc onScrap sides and blend speed 5/10-15sec till looks really light and creamy
Tip
Serve with crackers, chips or bread of choice
This is great ontop of a cooked steak as a sauce or on a baked or grilled piece of chickenAlso can be used as a stuffing in chicken breast and then baked in the ovenAlso can be stirred through boiling hot, drained pasta and garnished with cheese

Very Yummy dip! I ended up putting about 4 or 5 extra basil leaves in because it wasn't "basily" enough. Very nice. Also good as a dollop on a baked potato.
