Add curry powder, cayenne pepper, stock, salt and pepper, and cook 6min/100/Speed 2

Some of the ingredients may seem a little odd, but this tastes almost identical to the sauce I fell in love with at the Chinesischer Turm beer garden in Munich.
Serve over thick grilled sausages & fries, though my favourite combo is bratwurst & seasoned wedges!
