Recipe's preparation

    Instructions
  1. 1.  Place egg yolks, salt, sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice/vinegar into TM bowl speed 5, 10 seconds.

  2. 2.  With measuring cup on your lid, slowly pour 1 cup of oil (so it drizzles into bowl in around 1 minute), speed 3.

  3. 3.  Add remaining cup of oil a little faster, still on speed 3.

  4. 4.  Mix flour, mustard, vinegar/lemon and boiling water together to form a paste and add to your TM bowl.

  5. 5.  Mix on speed 4, 12 seconds.

  6. 6.  Pour into a sterilized glass jar (500g) and refrigerate.

Tip

You can play around with the lemon juice and vinegar.  I prefer to use more vinegar than lemon juice.  It tastes similar to Miracle Whip.
