Could this be frozen?
This is just TOO easy I added a tiny bit of crushed garlic, some parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice. Absolutely delicious. Only made 1/2 the amount (that's how much cream cheese I had leftover from other recipes) and it was perfect. No more store bought dips....ever!
Yum! Made this for morning tea and the staff loved it!!
I will Never be buying a ready made olive dip again.
Super easy to make. I think it needs something such as previous comments like a herb and garlic, maybe even a little lemon rind.
This was a huge hit! If you love olives, this is a great dip! All i changed was adding some extra kalamatas, along with some sicilian green olives to for a bit of different colour and flavour! Will make again and again, much cheaper and fresher tasting than anything store bought!
This is very good! I love olives and this just has enough of an olive taste to not scare off those with the same passion for them as me. Tossed in a sprig of rosemary for an additional kick!
excellent recipe
