  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 sprig Oregano
  • 10-15 pieces jalapeños

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place garlic into mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 6.  Scrape down sides of bowl using spatula. 

    2.  Add water, vinegar, sugar, salt and oregano and cook 7 min/Varoma/speed 3.

    3.  Place a slit in the side of each jalapeño Jalepeno's and place in jars. 

    4.  Pour in the mixture and seal.
