- 400 g pumpkin, roasted
- 30 g tahini
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 lemon juice

1. Add all ingredients to TMX bowl. Blend 20 secs / spd 5.
2. Scrape down sides. Blend 20 secs / spd 4.
3. Enjoy!

Roasted garlic is a great thing to make ahead of time & keep in the fridge. It adds a delivious subtle flavour to loads of dishes.

The flavour and roasted garlic is really nice, I found mine was dry though, I did drain my chickpeas and just use a splash of liquid, so wondering if I shouldn't have drained them, I also ended up putting in a good glug of oil.
