I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. With a sharp knife, carfeully quarter oranges and and remove pips.
2. Add to Thermomix bowl and blitz for 5 seconds on speed 5.
3. Add water to Thermomix bowl.
4. Cook 100 degrees, 10 mins, speed 2. Start with MC on. When beginning to boil, replace MC with steaming basket on lid.
5. Add pectin and sugar to Thermomix bowl. Cook 100 degrees, 20 mins, speed 2 with steaming basket on lid.
6. When cooking is finished, pour into sterilised jars.
Tip
My kids hate chunky rind in their jams, so I blitzed the oranges for 8 seconds on speed 8 in Step 2 for one of my batches, and it was still lovely. You could even remove rind completely for a Jam version.
Makes approx. 4 standard jars.

I took the rind off the oranges and removed the pith. Also added a lemon. I used tart oranges so ended up with the most delicious tart marmalade. Thank you for this super easy and fabulous recipe.
This is so quick, easy and yummy!! My go to recipe for marmalade 🍊.
Hi, thanks for the lovely recipe. I added a half lemon that I had and cooked it for 25 mins. It's set beautifully and it's made a great bitter marmalade which I love.
great recipe, thanks!
can i swap the oranges for grapefruit?
This is easy and delicious. I used 500g of Jam sugar instead of caster sugar and Pectin. A great way to use up Oranges.
Have made this this morning and its delicious had no pectin just added extra 100 gr sugar and it seems to do the trick thank you for sharing
