Ingredients
- 1 medium tomatoes
- 2 shallots
- 2 garlic clove
- 3 chillies, red, depends how hot you want it
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp belacan (shrimp paste)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 5 g vegetable oil
- 1 tsp lime juice

Quarter the tomato, peel shallots and garlic and take the stalk off the chillies.
2. Put everything in the TM bowl and mix for 5sec/ speed 5.
3. Cook for 5 min/ 100C/ "Counter-clockwise operation" /"Gentle stir setting"
4. Transfer to a small bowl and add lime juice. Serve as condiment to fried chicken/ steamed vegetables/ grilled fish with steamed rice.
Note: the amount of chillies can be adjusted to how hot you like it or you can omit it all together for kids friendly version.
