My favorite way to enjoy this is to transfer into a cob loaf and then bake in hot oven until bread bits crisp up. Can also be used as a warm dip with veg sticks or crackers.

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Has anyone made this with fresh baby spinach?
For such a long time I’ve been looking for a spinach dip recipe that does not involve a revolting packet of soup mix. I also wanted one in which the frozen spinach was actually cooked (not just thawed then used). This recipe delivers on both criteria. Best of all, it’s easy and delicious. I added a clove of garlic with onion. It was a tad runny when warm but firmed up beautifully in fridge.
A massive hit with my family on Christmas Day! I used a red onion as its all I had and it was amazing. This will be my go to cob loaf dip from now on!
Made this yesterday 👌🏽👌🏽 So good
How much is a portion? Grams?
Yum so good!
