2. Place Cheese in bowl and chop 5sec, Sp8. Set aside with Almonds.
3. Place Zucchini in bowl and grate 10sec, Sp4. Set aside with Almonds and Cheese.
4. Place Onion and Bacon in bowl and chop 4sec, Sp5. Scrape down sides, then saute 3min, Varoma temp, Sp1, with MC removed.
5. Add to bowl the almonds, cheese and zucchini. Add 20g of Coconut Oil and the 5 eggs. Season with Salt and Pepper.
6. Mix 5sec, "Counter-clockwise operation" , Sp4 with aid of spatula through lid.
7. Pour into prepared tin and bake for about 30mins.
One thing I love about this recipe is that you don't have to clean the bowl in between any steps.
This is a great lunch on the go for school or work.
It also works great to make them as muffins.

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Absolutely delicious and so easy. Nutritional yeast adds further cheesy flavour and is such a great superfood. Highly recommend! Thank you for sharing.
Love this one. No flour I leave out the yeast. 👍🏼😊

This is a great recipe. I'm dairy-free while breastfeeding, so I left out the cheese and it was still really yummy. It doesn't say when to add the yeast flakes so threw them in at the end, they really do add a great flavour.
Was a hit. Thanks for the recipe.
