Hi.

Thank you
Just made this jam as my mother in law had an abundance of passionfruit and strawberries... and this is the yummiest jam I have ever tasted... will definitely be making it for everyone!!

Loved this, and my 81 year old Grandfather loved it even more! Yummy!
I made this yesterday, using more fruit and less sugar than what was stated. I didn't have any passionfruits so i used a tin of passionfruit. I used coconut sugar also.
The result was AMAZING!!! What an amazing combo of flavours.
Made this last night, had it on my toast this morning! SO GOOD!!! Didn't have passionfruit so used a couple of handfuls of cherries instead. Better than store bought, even according to my husband who is sometimes a bit picky lol
Sorry Kristeli, I only just saw your comment now!I haven't used agar before, but you could give it a go! As the sugar helps set the jam, it seems to me like it could work fine if you are using a setting agent (i.e. agar). Let me know how you get on if you test it out.
This sounds very yummy. I have started making Quirky Cooking's Strawberry Jam with a tspn of agar. Do you think I could lower the sugar content if I use the agar for this recipe? I would love to try it!
