- 1 Cup hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 4 tablespoons Rice malt syrup
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla powder
- 1 tablespoon macadamia oil
- 1/2 cup coconut milk

Preheat oven to 190 degrees celcius. Bake hazelnuts for 8-10 minutes or until browned.
Rub most of the skins off - they can be a bit bitter (you don't have to be too precise).
Place all ingredients in TM bowl (including skinned hazelnuts) and blitz 10sec/Sp8.
Scrape down the bowl and blitz again 10sec/Sp8 or until desired consistency is achieved.

Any idea how long this would last for in the fridge? If it's allowed to sit that long that is lol

Where so I get the vanilla powder from?
Jrpaul, I used organic vanilla paste.
Next time I will blitz the hazelnuts for longer and do first so it is finer (this has a few bits left...!)
