  • 1/2 cup Natvia/Rice Malt Syrup
  • 3/4 cup Natural peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
  • 1 1/2 cup Ground Rolled oats/Almond Meal
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a large baking tray with paper.

  2. Place wet ingredients in TM bowl (peanut butter, rice malt syrup/natvia, banana, egg, vanilla). Mix for 20 seconds on speed 4 until smooth.

  3. Add remaining ingredients. Closed lid"Closed lid" and mix for 30 secondsDough mode"Dough mode" until combined, but do not overmix.

  4. Drop tablespoons full onto cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, cool for 5 minutes and then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
