- 120 grams sun dried tomato
- 1 clove garlic - crushed (large), or 2 small cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano, (mine is home grown and dried)
- 220 grams Extra light cream cheese

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Add sun dried tomato, allow some oil to go with the tomato but not too much.
2. add salt, garlic and blitz on speed 8 for 5 seconds then scrape down the bowl
3. add the cream cheese and oregano, mix on speed 4 for 60 seconds.
4. scrape down the bowl again and remix for another 10 seconds, speed 4.
5. scrape out in to a container to serve.
Method
Tip
I love this with country cheese crackers or cheese twists. Can even mix in a little parmesan for extra flavour.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
