- 1 clove garlic
- 80 grams Butter, chopped
- 300 grams mushrooms, sliced
- 300 grams cream
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 200 grams corn kernels
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
Tortellini
- 500 grams Fresh tortellini

Cook Tortellini according to instructions
Drain water when cooked.
Place garlic clove in bowl and chop on speed 7 for 5secs.
Add butter and saute at 100 degrees for 2min on speed 2.
Add mushrooms and cook for 5min on 100 degrees "Gentle stir setting" "Counter-clockwise operation" .
Add cream, cornflour, corn, pepper and salt and cook for a further 5min "Gentle stir setting" "Counter-clockwise operation"
Pour sauce on drained tortellini and stir. Serve and sprinkle parsley on top.
