- 150 grams Corn Relish
- Handful of Fresh Chives

Add 250g of Sour Cream
Add 150g of Corn Relish ( Homemade version is even better)
Blend together for 20sec speed 3
Put in a container and add chives on top. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
Corn Relish Dip
Tip
Great served with rice cracker, pita bread etc...

I used 150g of piccalilli instead with a teaspoon of brown sugar, turned out beautifully, very similar to gherkin dip.
I changed the sour cream to philadelphia cheese - same quantities
This has to be the best corn relish dip i have ever had. It's about as simple to make as you can get. I bought a corn relish dip from the supermarket on the weekend, and it was'nt any where near as good as this recipe.
