One of my favourite salads ever! Just perfect as it is ☺️🙌
Great fresh flavours. I didnt have pine nuts so substituted slivered almonds. Had no white balsamic so used red. Im going to add feta and avocado slices for healthy lunches. Thanks for the recipe
Made this for a bbq last night, such a hit whit everyone I should have made double, thanks for sharing
Love love love this salad! Super quick to make and always a hit - even with my broccoli hating husband who quietly says "you can make this one again".. that's high praise coming from him lol I've been making it for so long now and people are always asking me to bring it to bbqs etc
Super quick, easy and tasty. I used apple cider vinegar instead and added a tablespoon of lime juice and 1/4 of a red onion too.
Quick, easy and absolutely delicious! This will be a regular on our menu.
Probably a silly question, but what kind of apple? I only have pink ladies. Will that do?
Made with carrot, sprng onion and some mango and blood orange balsamic vinegar (and no honey).
Good recipe!!
My whole family liked this. I was missing a few ingredients so I substituted-
- walnuts instead of pine nuts
- regular balsamic instead of white
- an extra apple instead of capsicum.
It was great!
Loved this quick and easy recipe... very tasty
