- 200 g rolled oats
- 100 g carrots (or 2 medium size), roughly chopped
- 100 g brown onion (or 1 medium size), roughly chopped
- 100 g celery (or 1 medium stick), roughly chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 eggs
- 150 g breadcrumbs
- 250 g Cottage Cheese or Ricotta
- 1 teaspoon salt
- extra breadcrumbs for coating
- Oil for frying

1. Place rolled oats in TM Bowl and process for 3 seconds / speed 8 and side aside.
2. Add carrots, onion, celery and garlic and chop for 4 seconds / speed 6.
3. Add rolled oats, breadcrums, eggs, cheese, salt and mix on Reverse, 20 seconds / speed 4. Check taste if enough salt.
4. With a spoon scoop a ball of mixture and drop into a bowl of extra breadcrums for coating - form into balls and flatten.
5. Shallow pan fry in oil until golden.

Really tasty and easy. I added some herbs and nuts and fried them in coconut oil.
Having some cottage cheese to use up, I made this intending to make patties however ended up baking it in the oven in a loaf tin and it was very nice. I added 1 tblsp vegetable stock for extra flavour. Thank you for the recipe.
So yummy is sooooooooooo good and healthy too.
