Ingredients

  • 1 long red chilli, optional
  • 2 spring onions
  • 160 grams chicken breast
  • 230 grams prawns, raw, peeled
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 75 grams ice cold water
  • 10 grams plain flour
  • 150 grams tapioca flour

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place chilli and spring onion  into mixing bowl and chop for 10 sec/speed 7.  Set aside.

    2.  Place chicken, prawn, egg, white pepper, salt, sugar, baking powder into mixing bowl and mince 15 sec/ speed 7.

    3.  Add chopped chilli, spring onions and water and mix 1.5 min/Closed lid"Closed lid" /Dough mode"Dough mode" .

    4.  Add plain flour, tapioca flour and blend 10 sec/speed 8.

    5.  Heat oil in a fry pan, form dough using heaped tablespoon  and fry until golden or cooked.

Tip

Serve with hot or sweet chilli dipping sauce.
