Very bland and need 'heaps' more spice and flavour.

After I made this and found it taste-less, I sauteed 3 garlic cloves and 1 onion for 3mins on 90degrees and added it in. Added heaps of salt and pepper as well as grated chedder cheese. Nutritionally this recipe is great but when your used to good flavour - it fails.
