- 0.6 litre water
- 1000 gram tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Curry paste, Panang
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1.5 tablespoons basil, Gourmet garden squeezie or fresh
- 1.5 tablespoons parsley, Gourmet garden squeezie or fresh
- 2 tablespoons Thermomix stock paste
- 1 to taste pepper
- 1 to taste salt

Put all ingredients into the Thermomix and put onto 100 degrees celcius, Speed 1 for 15 minutes.
When finished increase speed incrementally for 30 seconds to Speed 8.
Serve by self or with sprinkling of Danish Fetta/Parmesan cheese- whatever tickles your fancy.
