Ingredients

Pumpkin soup

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 --- Lg onion halved
  • 15 grams olive oil
  • 10 grams Butter
  • 1-2 tablespoons Veg Stock Paste (EDC)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 --- potatoes
  • butternut pumpkin cubed
  • 500 grams Liquid Chicken Stock

Recipe's preparation

  1.  

     

    Place onion and garlic in 3sec/sp9

    Scrape down sides and add rough chopped tomatoes oil & butter Varoma 4min/sp1

    Add all remaining ingredients 100c Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" 15min/sp2

    Cook for a further 3mins/sp2 100cNo counter-clockwise operation"No counter-clockwise operation"

    Bend to finish 1min/sp 1-9 gradually 

     

     

Tip

cube potatoes before adding

Finish with a dash of cream

    Very nice soup lovely consitancy. it's only the second ever pumpkin soup I've made in Thermi so compared to spicey coconut milk pumpkin soup it dose have a strong taste of chicken to me. I used sweet potato not sure if that affected the taste. Very nice though. Thanks for the recipe.

    Lovely silky pumpkin soup. I used a Kent pumpkin as that is all I had. The kids said it was the best ever
