Ingredients
Soup
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh ginger
- 1/2 tablespoon red chilli, (optional)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or other oil
- 3 Spring onions chopped
- 1 teaspoons turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoons ground cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon seeded mustard
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable stock paste
- 1.25 litres water
- 500 grams sweet potato cubed
- 200 grams frozen peas
- 100 grams fresh coriander, (optional)
- 100 grams fresh mint, (optional)

1. Mince garlic, ginger, spring onion & chilli (if using) in TM for 2-3 seconds/ SP7
2. Add turmeric, cumin, mustard and oil, sauté for 2minutes/ Varoma/ SP1
3. Add stock, water & peas to TM bowl, place TM Basket into position with sweet potato inside, cook for 15minutes/ Varoma/ SP1
4. Add herbs if using & slowly increase speed to hot blend contents. 1minute/ SP1-7 or until desired consistency is reached.
