Recipe's preparation

    You can make your own breadcrumbs grate your cheese and mince your meat before you start.
  1. add 100g cheese to a clean dry bowl 5sec/speed9

    for breadcrumbs place crust in mixing bowl 5sec/speed7

    for mincemeat place diced partly frozen meat in bowl 12sec/speed6

  2. Add mince meat, egg, cheese and breadcrumbs into bow and stir for 1min/speed5 

  3. Use an ice cream scoop to make into meatballs or put into patti tins add to the veroma then brush with topping and finish by adding the cheese. 

  4. Add 500g water to bowl and stem meatballs for 15mins/varoma/speed2.

    Check the meatballs are cooked and adjust the cooking time depending on size.

     

  5. Grill and serve or cool for a tasty snack
