I didn't have fresh coriander but had the basil in a tube and they still tasted delicious. Next time i tried with coriander and still felt i liked the basil variation better. Thank you for the tip to bake in a muffin tray. I will never stand at a stove top turning meatballs in a fry pan ever again!!!

Made these for a party and i the plate was empty by the end of the night. They were a great little finger food, but next time i'll have to remember to put dipping sauce with them.

    Thank you for the recipe.

    I changed it slightly.

First I added 2 x garlic cloves, 1 x onion cut into quarters and 3cm of ginger and placed in thermomix for 10 seconds on speed 7.  Then I placed in a bowl for later.

Next I minced the chicken and added 2 cubes of red chilli paste (can be found in the basic cookbook).  I place mine in ice cube trays and freeze so probably 2 tbs.  I also added the coriander during this step.

When it came to adding the sweet chilli sauce I only added 1 tbs.

I also only sprinkled sesame seeds on and baked in the oven for 20 mins, 180 degrees celsius.

Took them to a party with toothpicks for finger food.

Amazing! So quick and easy and so yummy. They  just disappeared! Just as good served cold. Thank you!

    Really liked these!

I used half sweet chilli sauce and half mild chilli paste.

Next time I wont roll the balls in the sesame seeds, but will just "dust" them instead.

I cooked them in the oven and they resulted a bit dry. Next time I'll fry them, as you suggested!

Beside the "choking hazard" due to their dryness ( tmrc_emoticons.p ) these meatballs are really yummy!

These are so yummy, thanks for posting this recipe. I made mine without the bread crumbs (I forgot to add them) and they were fine, the mixture was probably a little sticker but didn't effect the taste! We didn't have left overs  tmrc_emoticons.).
