Blinis
- Small bunch Chives/Spring Onions, roughly chopped
- 60 grams Parmesan, Romano & Aged Cheddar, 20g of each
- 120 grams Self Raising Flour
- 180 grams Milk
- 1 egg
- salt & pepper, to taste
Herbed Creme
- 20 grams parmesan
- 10-15 leaves basil, (small handful)
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 20 grams pinenuts, toasted
- 200 grams sour cream
- salt & pepper, to taste

- 1) Place Herbs & Cheese in TM Bowl & Grate for 5 seconds on Speed 8.
- 2) Add remaining ingredients and mix for 6-8 seconds on Speed 5-6.
- 3) Pour mixture into a bowl and let rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- 4) Heat pan and spray with oil, cook teaspoonfuls of batter until bubbles appear, flip and brown on other side. Repeat until mixture is finished and set pancakes aside to cool.
- 1) Place Cheese, Basil, Garlic and Nuts in TM Bowl and pulverise for 8 seconds on Speed 8-9.
- 2) Scrape down the sides of bowl and add Sour Cream, season with Salt & Pepper and mix for 3-4 seconds on Speed 5 until mixed.

Tip
To assemble; dollop the crème onto cooled pancakes and top with your favourite topping.
These little beauties are so wonderfully versatile and can be topped with anything from Smoked Salmon to Prosciutto to a sliver of Brie. They can be frozen and defrosted in the fridge for a simple Canapé.
